Yes! Ask your recruiter about roles in your desired location.
We will match you with a fantastic recruiter (or you can choose) who will create your professional profile for you, present opportunities, and submit you to jobs. Our Account Management team will then help facilitate an interview/offer. Once you've signed an official contract, credentialing will reach out with the facility onboarding requirements. After you've completed all onboarding and have been cleared by the facility, they will send out first-day instructions (including everything you need to know, wear, and bring) on your first week!
No, you have the freedom to come and go; working with other agencies is very typical! You're good to go as long as you do not double-book yourself. We just ask that you stay committed and finish the assignment you signed on to with us!

No. Nurses are paid only for the amount of hours they work but we guarantee that you will receive the highest compensation offered in this market. Additionally, time-off requests are factored into your contracts before signing. In States with required paid time off due to COVID-19, mandatory sick time, or other statutory employment requirements, Lead will ensure that such regulations are followed for all travelers.
Absolutely not! We are just as committed to you as we are to our clients. We will never sabotage the trust we have built with you or with our clients. We will try our best to confirm your assignment as quickly as possible.
You must have a current nursing license in the state of your assignment. Lead Health reimburses the full amount of the licensing application fee. And know that some states have reciprocal acceptance of other states' permanent licenses. (Note: While some state licenses are obtainable in one to two days, other licenses can take 10 weeks, so begin the process early.)
We pay you as much as we possibly can cause you're the one crushing the work.
Thirteen weeks is the travel nursing industry standard, but with Lead Health you can often choose 8- to 26-week assignments based on availability.
We provide a lodging stipend for non-local travelers. We do not set up housing arrangements; although, we can offer some suggestions such as Airbnb and Landing.
Absolutely! Travel duos and trios are very common. We have many hospitals with various needs that will allow for placing you and your companions together.
