YES Patient Types: Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult Patient Ratios: Target 25/points Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP Skills required: Acute care, population-based care. General floor care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, high flow therapy, tracheostomy care, chest physiotherapy, airway management and maintenance, etc. Support on the Unit: CNA (Ratio:) Receptionist/HUC Charge nurse: Phlebotomy? IV/VAT Team? Hospitalist? Telemetry monitoring tech? Are RNs required to read/measure tele strips? Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC Ventilators: Hamilton G5 Medication dispensing: OmniCell Monitors: Drager Floating: If yes, where? N/A Orientation (#hrs/shifts): Hospital NEO 40 hours on the unit Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Varied On call? If so, what is that schedule? No Holiday Expectations: As needed Approval of time off?
