• No Exemptions Submittals:Low Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceNo Nursys or background hits accepted.RTO: No RTO within the first two weeks of an assignment. Max 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred. All RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.RTO: Screenshot of traveler confirming RTO required when applying.Valid CA State License required in-hand when applying. EMSA not accepted.Certifications: All required certs must be in-hand when applying.CPI REQUIREMENT: All ER nurses MUST have a CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute IN-HAND when applying. MAB or Online CPI Blue certification not accepted. All Float Pool nurses must get a CPI Blue Card.EPIC experience required must be noted in traveler s work history as well.References: Two (2) Supervisor references required when applying.Local Rules: Locals accepted at the same rate.Return Staff Policy: Must be gone a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.Interview: Manager may or may not interview. Traveler must be OK with this. If Traveler has questions, please email the AM.Modules:Modules are billable, average 4-8 hours spent on modules. Any time spent on modules after orientation (ex: annual) are non-billableModules are completed pre-start and annually, and module hours vary by specialtyModules are self-reported
